Car Detailer/Valeter
Duties to include car valeting, pressure washing, moving and parking vehicles. High level of quality and detail essential. Full driving licence required.
Package Details:
- Full Time or Part Time
- £23,000 per annum to include 1 Saturday per month

Parts Manager | Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a parts manager who has previous experience of working in the motor trade and who possess excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills and are accurate and efficient in their work. You will lead a small team to supply parts to our busy service department, bodyshop and retail parts sales.
Working closely with the service team, the successful Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Parts Department at the Dolgellau site as well as overlooking the parts department at our satellite dealership in Porthmadog.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and ordering the correct parts using manufacturers electronics parts catalogue.
- Receiving parts into stock using the dealer management system.
- Manage and organise stock levels, as well as managing over age stock and returns.
- Retail / Over the counter sales.
- Liaising with the service team to ensure they have the relevant parts for workshop jobs.
- Ensure display vehicles in the dealership are fitted with the appropriate parts as required by the manufacturer.
- Controlling supply of workshop consumables.
- Regular stock checks.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times
Package Details:
- Full Time Role. 8:30am – 5:30pm. 1 Saturday Per Month 9am-2pm.

Aftersales / Service Manager | Full-Time, Permanent
Gwyndaf Evans Motors is looking for a motivated and driven Aftersales Manager, to lead our Aftersales department
The role will include leading our team of technicians, parts and service advisors to deliver a smooth, friendly and honest service to our loyal customer base The role will require the successful applicant to:
- Have experience of Dealer Management and Manufacturers web-based systems
- Have the ability to load the workshop and achieve high levels of efficiency
- Present strong management skills
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Have the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Have the ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment achieving measurable results of outstanding customer service
- Manage the department costs - Monitor the warranty system, completing regular audits in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
- Provide regular information to Senior Management regarding the status of the department, targets achieved and future business plans.
- Check the maintenance and condition of the workshop and Parts Department and its equipment, ensuring these comply with business and safety needs
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Digital Marketing Coordinator | Part-Time, Permanent
Gwyndaf Evans Motors is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly team on a freelance basis. This would be a part time role on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities would include
- Maintain Dealership standards & Produce Monthly Marketing Planners
- Use of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop to create documents including press adverts, promotional material & general business stationery.
- Update, develop and maintain website text and imagery content & functionality
- Monitor online stock listings
- Create, post and schedule social media content
- Manage engagement via the social media platforms;
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and organise, as well as managing multiple changing priorities.
- Able to manage short-, medium- and long-term workload.
- Eye for detail; Ensuring that the output of all work is accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyse and interpret reports to understand the performance of key campaigns.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft & various Adobe applications

Experienced Motor Vehicle Technician | Full-time, Permanent
We require an experienced and fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join our friendly Ford and Suzuki service team. Ideally with Franchised dealer experience and looking to develop their expertise further. You will be a current MoT Tester accreditation holder experienced in all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing and able to work within given time scales. Experience in problem solving and diagnostics an advantage. Ongoing training provided including hybrid/electric systems.
Excellent package available based on qualifications and experience.
