Parts Manager
Experienced parts manager required to join our busy aftersales department at Dolgellau. The role requires the successful candidate to:
Have strong leadership skills, attention to details and the ability to work well in a team
Have a technical background with experience of dealer management and parts catalogue systems
Take responsibility for ordering and allocating parts to our busy workshop ensuring parts are available on time for all jobs
Manage and monitor stock levels
Carry out trade and over the counter sales
Lead the team to achieve manufacturer sales targets
Full driving licence required
Role Details:
21 days Holiday plus all Bank Holidays
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm / Saturday 9am-1pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Permanent, Full Time Position

Valeter/Groundskeeper/Driver
We are looking for a Valeter/detailer to join our valeting team.
The successful candidate will:
Prepare New and Used vehicles ready for sale. - attention to detail is a priority.
Be mostly based at our Dolgellau site, but we may ask for some days at Porthmadog.
Wash cars displayed on our forecourts.
Occasional collection and delivery of cars.
Grounds maintenance requirements:
Keeping the dealership grounds and forecourts clean, free from litter and weeds/collecting leaves/pressure washing.
Full driving Licence Required
Job Type: Full or Part Time considered.
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Above average rates subject to hours and experience.
